Brian J. Oyer, S.I. began working at Engineering Associates, Inc. in 2011 as a Survey Intern working on becoming a licensed Professional Surveyor in the State of Ohio. Brian has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Mount Union and a Surveying Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Akron with a an Associate’s Degree in Geographic Information. He completed an internship with the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) while attending Akron. Brian is a NSPS Certified Survey Technician, Level I and has experience working on topographic and right of way surveys, and construction stake out projects.
