John Rice, P.E. has worked for Engineering Associates since 2006. He has been the project engineer involved in a variety of projects including drainage, wastewater collection and treatment, agricultural waste storage, water treatment and distribution, sidewalk, and pavement reconstruction and resurfacing projects. His experience includes preliminary studies, final design and construction administration for these projects. His experience also includes obtaining funding from many different agencies for these projects.
